So I recently just hit 700+ followers and I honestly could not be happier! It feels like it was just yesterday I was celebrating 600 followers. I am so incredibly thankful. Thank you to every single person that has chosen to follow this blog. I am so grateful for your support and I hope you keep showing your support for Lifesfinewhine.

I am so happy with the response this blog has been getting and I really have to say that everyone whose blog I have read so far has an amazing blog! Everyone’s is unique and I felt like it should be shared with others and so I decided to publish a Share Your Favourite Post! I’m inviting anyone reading this to share a link and include a brief description about your best or most popular blog post in the comments below! It doesn’t necessarily have to be the most popular it can also be one that you’re just really emotional about or your favorite one to write 🙂

And of course don’t forget to share your favourite post on your site so that more people can get involved in this!

    What an interesting idea.
    This is my most viewed post. It was about Roy Harper – a good friend of mine and the best singer songwriter Britain has produced (I’m not biased). He was put through the mill for three years and his reputation ruined just when his popularity was at its height.
    Fortunately the allegations were thrown out after two trials and he is free to pursue his career again. Unfortunately you cannot undo the damage caused by the stress or get those three lost years back. At seventy five it is precious time indeed.
    Roy has picked up the reins and is going forward.
    For me it was broader than Roy. I am not in favour of people getting away with paedophilia or sexual abuse. That is not the point. Paedophiles and abusers need sorting out. My point was that the pendulum has swung too far the other way and is making victims out of the innocent. At the moment anyone can make an allegation, without evidence, and be believed. The pressure on the accused is enormous. It destroys people. There has to be a better way!

      Thank you so much for sharing that! And yes I absolutely agree that we need to have better evidence before allegations are made and we need to be very careful about what we believe especially when it comes to the media because they make the craziest allegations against people!

Picking a favourite post might be like trying to pick up mercury and I’m not really sure what my most popular post has been. The one I’ve enjoyed most, though, in terms of WordPress and the blogosphere is Flax Golden Tales, a collection of stories and poems contributed by other bloggers that arose out of a book I bought in a charity shop and the curious message that was elaborately pasted to the inside cover.
