  3. The one thing that improved my mental toughness more than anything else was taking up running. It really shows you how much everything is just willpower when you want to quit after a mile but can mentally tell yourself to keep going and your body just obeys.

    1. Yeah I know exercising really helps a lot of people. Yoga has really helped me too.
