Great tips.
Thank you!
welcome
Building up a routine of some kind to accommodate these will be a help to some for sure. While I can’t speak on a personal level, I would say having a close friends circle also helps immensely, or being part of a community.
Yeah I agree both having a routine and having a close friends circle can be very beneficial.
Great post – “surrounding yourself with positivety” is so challenging for many people. Probably the best tip on there yet the hardest one to achieve.
Thank you and yes I absolutely agree that is a very difficult one. I think it’s particularly difficult because we don’t have control over everything and everyone around us and sometimes we’re forced to be in a negative situation or negative people and can’t do anything about it.
such thoughtful, and useful, advice. thanks for sharing…
Thank you!
Very useful advice. I’ve been taking each day as it comes and getting so distracted by school work. Fortunately my home is a comfortable place in which I hardly have to worry about the current situation. Being grateful and enjoying the moment is what’s keeping me at bay! (easier said than done though)
Yeah we’re lucky to have a stable home where we can be at peace. And distractions are a good as well.
Distractions like TikTok are always welcome 😂
Haha agreed!
Great tips , I have another view on this difficult situation let me know your views
