  4. Nominate up to 11 new blogs to receive the award, write them 11 new questions and notify them about the nomination.

My Questions

What food have you never eaten but would really like to try?
SO MUCH! I really want to try authentic Korean food in Korea the most though.

What social stigma does society need to get over?
All of them. Stigma’s and norms are so damaging. We are unique, different and talented in our own way. No two people are alike and instead of trying to preach uniformity we should be encouraging people to embrace their differences.

What are you currently worried about?
2020 getting worse…

Who was your craziest / most interesting teacher?
All my history teachers have been phenomenal which is why I’m a history major now.

What “old person” things do you do?
Almost all of them. I complain about my back pain, my allergies, my poor sight and so much more lol!

What makes you roll your eyes every time you hear it?
“I’m not a racist but…”

What riddles do you know?
What goes up but never comes down? Your age…

What’s your cure for hiccups?
I don’t know if this is a Gujarati thing or my family is weird but we say that when you get hiccups it’s because someone is remembering you so you say names till your hiccups stop and that’s the person remembering you. Other than that I just hold my breath lol.

What are your most important rules when going on a date?
Be honest- honesty is the key to a successful relationship!

What are you interested in that most people aren’t?
History and a lot of other nerdy stuff.

Post your top 10 most used emojis (no skipping!)
😂😫🤦🏽‍♀️😊🤣💕💯😜🦉🤤

    1. Lol okay so we’re not the only weird ones haha! Thank you!

  7. AHHH I love thisss!!! 😍😍😍 YES social stigmas can be so damaging and being the person who believes in one is not very cool because it’s 2020. People are beginning to accept that there are a lot of things beyond these norms and they are all differently wonderful. Also preach on the “I’m not racist but..” hearing that absolutely hits a nerve. Congratulations and thanks for accepting the nomination, Pooja! 😁😊💚

    1. Yes exactly- it’s 2020 I can’t believe norms are even still a thing! Like aren’t we past that. I get that everyone has their own values but why do you have to put people down to lift yourself up. If you don’t agree with something someone is doing than don’t do it yourself and move on with your life. There’s no need to force everyone to become like you. Lol every time someone says “I’m not a racist but…” I stop talking to them. Thanks for the wonderful and interesting questions- I loved answering them and ranting about stigmas lol!

  8. Congratulations on your award! These are some of my favorite answers of yours. I too complain of bad back, poor sight, and pretty much everything else 🤣 I hate using contacts and my glasses have pretty much just broken so It’s been a struggle.

    1. Thank you so much! The questions I got for this one really allowed me to kind of express my thoughts on a lot of things. Lol we’re 23 on the outside but 70 on the inside! Urghh I hate contacts- I wore them for a while but now I’m just back to wearing glasses.
