1. Thank you so much for being part of this interview. Please tell us a little about yourself and your blog.

First of all thanks to you Pooja for this opportunity. Second I have a confession to make, I am two people. First there is the Mr. O who walks around in the real world, then there is Mr. Ohh! who writes the blog. We are similar but not exactly alike. He has a much larger family and is often very confused. We often talk together about world events but he is much happier putting his thoughts out there for the world. I am a very quiet shy reserved person. I’m not sure if he is just very funny or very idiotic.

2. What inspired you to start a blog?

We were forced to retire at a young age and it hit us very hard. After a short bout with depression. we realized we had to do something to get up in the morning. A few years back we were in stand up comedy. so we gave ourselves a job. “To produce a humorous blog every week” Edited and recorded so it can be listened to as well as read. This has been our job now for three years. and it warms my heart to see the reception to my work

3. Humour is an important part of your blog- what made you decide that you wanted to write humorous posts?

For us it was an easy decision. We looked at a lot of blogs and saw a lot of things. Personal journeys, Daily life, Stories and Poetry, Religion, Recipes, and Travel. But except for professionals there was very little in the way of Long form comedy. There were jokes and such, but not in the form of a funny column with lots of laughs and different jokes for different folks. So I let Mr. Ohh! take off and the rest is history.

4. How has your sense of humour helped you in life?

Humour is everything to me. I have been diagnosed with an incurable disease. (End of Sadness) I can swear that laughter is the best medicine. it keeps me alive.

5. What are some of your blogging goals?

We want to take over the world and see everyone laughing at our words. In lieu of that, We would like to be printed in a newspaper or magazine as a regular feature. We would also like to publish a book of the best posts and be sold for posterity. Right now however it is just good to get followers who comment and laugh. that is what is most important

6. What is one thing about blogging that you could live without?

Nothing really. Although, I do wish there was a great blog forum. That could catalogue all blogs. There are too many hosting sites. If I want to show off my stuff to more folks I actually have to repost it to other sites and then be active on all of them just to get mine seen. It takes too much time where I’m looking and not blogging. If there were a great forum all the hosts subscribed to more folks would see more blogs and there would be more smiles for Mr. Ohh!

7. What is your favourite food?

Ice Cream Any time Any flavor Why do you ask? Are You Buying??

8. What is your favourite childhood memory?

We played Linus in a Christmas show and we took it all over the city to elementary schools. It’s when we knew we could focus the Class Clown and Entertain and make folks laugh

9. Do you prefer winter or summer?

Actually We don’t like either. Too Hot or Too Cold. We love the Fall Cool days and nights long walks followed by warm tea. Ice Cream is still in season. Migrating birds stop by the feeders, changing leaves. Ahhh I hope you’re happy. You’ve gone and made us pine for October!
