  44. So, my solution!?!?!?
    I’ve become nocturnal

    1. That works too haha!

      1. I have night terrors (apparently anyway, I can’t hear anything or experience anything), were I groan and make obscure noises. It’s commonplace for people who have bipolar disorder. I don’t have the episodes of motionless and being frozen in a panic but if you do, simply roll onto your side and you’ll be ok 👌
