  1. True that. At the same time, follow the information and facts, they tend to increase the chances of making correct choices!

  2. We have to strive. Things don’t just happen automatically or through the passage of time alone. I mean in everything. However, I have to say trying too hard and doing things not out of our authentic self will not work either. I experienced this today while writing something–I tried too hard and it didn’t come out well. It feels like forced and unnatural. LOL. On the other hand, when I am too natural, I begin to ramble. It’s hard to balance the two.

    1. Lol yeah it’s all about finding that sweet spot in the middle where you’re not trying too hard but you’re also caring about what you’re doing. It’s difficult but luckily not impossible.

  3. Yes, yes, yes! YOU have the power to change your life. If you don’t like things, change them. It is not always easy and it may not turn out the way you expected, but if something in your life is not making you happy, you at least have to take a chance to try and change it.

    1. Exactly! You need to actively be trying to change things you don’t like you can’t just sit around and wait for them to change.

  4. We are living in a culture entirely hypnotized by the illusion of time, in which the so-called present moment is felt as nothing but an infinitesimal hairline between a causative past and an absorbingly important future. We have no present. Our consciousness is almost completely preoccupied with memory and expectation. We do not realize that there never was, is, nor will be any other experience than present experience. We are therefore out of touch with reality.

    1. THIS! It took me soooo long to learn how to live in the moment again which I feel like goes away when you stop being a child. Even after years of meditation and consciously trying to live in the present I find myself slipping all the time.
