1. Thanks so much for being a part of this interview. Please tell us a little about yourself and your blog.
Hey, yes I am Najmu Sakib Malik and I am from Kashmir. I am a businessman by profession and blogger by nature. I mean something which can’t get out of me like blood and breath. My blog People of mystery is now two years old.
2. When did you create your blog and what made you decide to start blogging?
As already mentioned above I started my blog two years ago. And I try to write whatever I feel and I write about emotions and empathy. I loved to write from a very young age and in those days computers were luxury but I used to write a diary. So it’s a long journey like a childhood affair. heh.
3. What is your favourite thing about blogging?
I think the best thing about blogging is that you communicate what you feel, observe and perceive in your writings. Your love and hatred, your sadness and happiness, your life and journey through it, everything you want to say can be put in words.
4. What is one thing you dislike about blogging?
To be excessively detailing in writing a piece. I mean one should be clear to put forward what you want to say in a short time.
5. What are your plans for your blog this year?
From past two years due to covid we are mentally disturbed and I think it’s better to calibrate ourselves and it should be first priority because health should come first. And there is always a scope for improvement and I would focus on that too.
6. How has your blog evolved since you first started blogging?
You know it’s better to dive in waters than to assess how deep it is. So that’s how you know where you stand when you dig in. It’s totally amazing to see how people use their talents and on top of everything you learn a lot and the best part people are happily willing to counsel you.
7. What is your favourite topic to blog about?
I love to write about people and what they feel, about my emotions and people’s sufferings. I just close my eyes and travel in my dreamy world to pick ideas to write about. Nothing specific but topics I write about are worth writing.
8. What do you love about writing?
My answer is everything. You write to get your ideas to others, to communicate, to vent your emotions, to express yourself, and what not ? I think blogging is the best relaxing time.
9. What is your favourite food?
Yes, it’s Kashmiri cuisine “wazwan”, all packed up with meat .
10. If you won a million dollars how would you spend it?
Just to help people.
11. What is your favourite hobby?
Blogging and reading books .

I just want to say that do go through my blog, it won’t be the best piece but I have tried to write originally what I feel. The novel ideas just pop in my mind and I try to pen down. I’m a day dreamer always.
