Endings And Beginnings

My exams just ended today and honestly I could not be more relieved. This was my last year in school. Honestly even though I am really torn up about leaving high school I have to admit I am also looking forward to the future. I feel like this is the beginning of the rest of my life and it’s really exciting.

I decided to take some time off before going to university. At first I wasn’t so sure about it but I’m really glad I decided to wait. There is so much I wanted to do when I was in school that I didn’t have time to do. And now I finally have some time to do all the things I want before university. I feel like once I start university I’m really not going to have much time. And after that I’ll be working so right now feels like the best time to achieve a lot of my goals.

So, I really actually just wrote this post mainly to say that I’m going to be blogging regularly again. Now that my exams are over and I will definitely write at least two posts a week. I am really looking forward to posting again. Writing has always been my favourite thing to do and it always makes me feel better. Here’s to new endings and beginnings.

  1. Yay! Exams are over! Very exciting. I remember my last year of high school (I graduated in 2010) and it was bittersweet, I felt excitement, anxiety, nervousness, lost and sad all in one; with a splash of other emotions. I always knew I was going to continue on to college but I wasn’t the person who thought so far ahead that I had a college picked out by the time I graduated. I think I started college late compared to my friends at the time but it was mostly due to my short comings and wanting to do other things before piling on books again! I think you made a fine decision and in the end, all that matters is that you find your beginning someplace that you enjoy 🙂
Btw, reading this, made me feel old! lol. I must say. Eager and excited to read more of your post!

    1. Thank you so much! I’m really excited too! I’ve never really had so much freedom because I’ve been so preoccupied with school for as long as I can remember. I’m really looking forward to being able to do things I enjoy for a while.
Don’t worry age is just a number and growing up has its perks! 🙂
