My Week In Review

Today, I decided to share my week in review and share what experiences I have had this week.

Sunday:

Turns out I couldn’t find my passport and after freaking out a little I realised I had forgotten it in the Bank. So unfortunately the bank wasn’t open till Tuesday because of Labour Day on Monday so I was kind of screwed.

Monday:

I had went to the orientation for international students at Brock. This was the first time I saw the University and it was huge! And yes I got lost a lot! I made some cool friends who seem really interesting and awesome!

Tuesday:

Went to the bank and got my passport back!! Yayyyy! Had Taco Bell which I’m kind of obsessed with right now!

Wednesday:

Got prepared for my first day at university by buying a bunch of stationery and notebooks at the dollar store! It was way more interesting than it sounds…

Thursday:

Had my first set of classes (Philosophy, Sociology and Earth Science!). They were super interesting and my teachers seem super smart and super interesting! Finally got my ID and Bus Pass! Made a friend!

Friday:

Had Psychology at 1. It was soooooo amazing I can not wait for the class to really start teaching! I just love Psychology so much!! Made another friend and saw a cute cat too! Also found a cool thrift store with second hand books!

I also checked out the clubs offered at my university and am deciding what to join.

Hope you enjoyed this week in review post.

  1. Thanks to my mother dearest (single parent), it is a habit of mine to constantly check my documents like a mad man, even when i am sure i have them with me. I freak out every time… Now I often use a mantra ” I got this” and it works 🙂
I wish you so much luck and all the best in your future! Be positive and motivated and never, ever give up easily!
