I’ve always loved tofu, but I’m not a big fan of making breakfast because it usually takes forever. To be honest I did not love tofu when I first tried it. Or the second and third time I tried it, lol. But eventually I learned that cooking tofu is somewhat of an art. Tofu has a very specific taste and a very specific flavour. It is also something that does not have a strong taste or flavour. So you need to make sure you use stronger flavours when you make something with tofu. Now that I know how to properly cook tofu I love it and this vegan tofu scramble recipe is one of my go-to’s!
This vegan tofu scramble recipe is such a great recipe to make when you’re in a hurry but want a healthy and filling breakfast! Of course, you can make it whenever, but I usually have it for breakfast. If you’re vegan like me it is a really great option to get in a good amount of protein. And if you’re a bit lazy to cook something too complicated (also like me…) then this is definitely for you. It’s quite simple to make and I am sure if I can make it so can any beginner. If you are not used to eating tofu but want to learn to love it this would be what I recommend for you to try.
