As many of you may know, veganism is something that is quite important to me. I have mentioned on multiple of my food related posts that I have shared on this blog that I am currently a vegan. I used to be vegetarian but decided to fully transition into veganism some time ago. One can become vegan for many reasons. Personally, I became a vegan for the animals. But over time I realised how wonderful it was for my health too. Without even trying, or eating particularly healthy, I noticed many of my physical and mental health issues decreased or even completely went away after I started eating plant based. My allergies even seemed to go away which I was really shocked about. I’m not saying this will happen for everyone but this was my experience.

Anyway, the reason I am sharing this post is because I was included in this amazing list along with all these amazing vegans! Thank you so much to Kiki who’s blog you need to check out if you haven’t already. Please do check out these phenomenal women especially if you’re interested in veganism/vegetarianism!
