I love this post. So inspirational. There is the secret and there is this. In a sense I think the 6 habits is easier to swallow and get on board with. Thanks for the inspiration to get in control. 🙂

The one thing that improved my mental toughness more than anything else was taking up running. It really shows you how much everything is just willpower when you want to quit after a mile but can mentally tell yourself to keep going and your body just obeys.
Yeah I know exercising really helps a lot of people. Yoga has really helped me too.
I think , Mental toughness can increase by practice.
