My Questions

What is your childhood’s happiest memory?

Playing with my parents.

If you get an opportunity meet your favourite character from a novel, what are the three things you’d tell him/her?

It would be Mr. Darcy and I would say:

  1. You’re amazing
  2. Can I stroke your hair?
  3. Please take off your shirt.

Have you ever been in an ironic situation in life? If yes, what was it?

Yes- I was talking about how much I love broccoli once and then got a stomach ache from it because it was kind of raw…

If you get to choose a superpower for yourself, what would that be and what would you use it for?

Invisibility because I have a hard time with socialising and have pretty bad anxiety so being able to become invisible would be helpful.

Web series or movies?

Both- it just depends on the content.

  1. Congrats, pooja! Was about to nominate you too for a sunshine blogger award. :–( Hahaha I guess maybe next time?

  2. I had to read Catcher in the Rye in high school as a final report. I got bored and read 3 different books instead, then wrote a report on Catcher completely making up the story myself plus wrote the whole report backwards in cursive just to be a pain in the butt.
    I got a C+ for creativity. ✅👏👏

    1. Lol a C isn’t bad at all. That book is absolutely the worst and I totally understand why you didn’t finish it. I recommend never finishing it because the end sucks as much as the rest of the book.

      1. I read the notes and I didn’t get what the author was trying to say. That was about a year or two ago. 😂
I’m wondering if it was Mice and Men because I had to read both and didn’t because they were SO boring.
But I don’t get the appeal of Holden.

        1. I found Of Mice And Men to be alright. The problem I had with Holden was that he was just the worst. He had all this privilege but continued to whine about literally everything for the entire book. He just pissed me off so much.

          1. There’s a reference to Catcher in the Rye in The Shining (Kubrick) which makes sense because the guy is nuts. I don’t think it translates well in the book that Holden is crazy.

              1. That Mr. Darcy fetish must be totally real reals.. 😝
I’ve never read that or watched the movie.. sounds cool by your description. The softcore thing, not where you explained the premise of the novel. 😉
I’m super cynical, we should cynicism fight someday. 😁 kidding, or maybe not. I’m trying to tone it down.

                  1. You’re just saying that to have a reason to use emoji’s.. 😝👻✅
Someone has a crush on a book character.. 😘
I really should,at least, watch the movie.

                    1. Don’t watch the movie! Watch the BBC miniseries with Colin Firth. It’s the most similar to the book.

                    2. I may not watch the movie but I do have a mental note:
I’m sure I’ll see it at some point. Internet is finally fixed tomorrow. I MAY look it up.

                    3. 😡 Keira Knightly is in the movie? It’ll be hard not to watch that one, that’s my side crush.
But I also know if she’s in it it’s probably REALLY bad.
                      We’ll see..

  3. LOL’d at the questions for Mr. Darcy! 😂 😂 also, the Icy Girl remix featuring Kehlani is so so good! And I hated Catcher in the Rye when I read it originally, but I wonder how I’d feel rereading it now after experiencing more of life.

    1. Right?!? Everyone in my family is obsessed with it but it just tastes so gross to me. Watermelon flavour should not be a thing lol.
