  1. oof…. this one hits home because it’s hard to feel like this when you want to make positive changes, but can’t muster the courage or the discipline to do it OR when someone else makes this promise to you and they don’t follow through!

  2. Promise of change is not actual change. Change only happens with work. It is a matter of whether or not they want to do the work. If not, no change. Sad but true 🙁

    In six words, you’ve said so much more than I sometimes do with a thousand. Thank you for this humorous, yet serious and intelligent reminder to acknowledge ourselves for who we are. 💖

    1. Unfortunately I think a lot of us fall victim to this. We always promise ourselves certain things but it’s hard to always follow through. Glad you enjoyed it!
