Stay a virgin. Much better choice.
Sometimes I think so too.
The artist Quondam known as Prince.
It reminds me of Prince’s early change where he put his name as a symbol…and was the first thing that popped into my head 🙂
I see! I have heard about that and learnt about it in one of my music courses.
I was around for all of it. May he rest in peace. I just saw Rolling Stones having their 59th Anniversary….I’m just one year younger than their anniversary 😀
I saw that on IG too- you’re the same age as my mum!
At least you didn’t say Grandma 😁
Haha don’t worry you have a long time before that 😂
Even the beautiful roses have thorns. 🌹
Indeed they do…
Idk why a Rose metaphor came to mind. All roses are beautiful, but even the prettiest roses have thorns. 🌹🥀
I kind of see how it could relate to this since it’s about something beautiful becoming something vicious- kind of like a rose with thorns.
Indeed, looks can be deceiving.
You inspired me to publish #1!
Sad, and reminds me of outerspace.
I hope that wasn’t offensive, Pooja.
No definitely not! I liked that addition- it was just a sad one that’s all 😀
Lovers can stay and often leave. .⚘
I looooove this
My heart longs for quadam whispers.
Wow love that addition!
Thank you. Glad tio hear it.
that closed chapter is intriguing me
Thanks for teaching us a new word every week. Sadly, love can turn bitter and turn lovers into enemies.
Very happy to do so!
Yes unfortunately that does happen.
Return to that quondam state…? Never!!
Love that addition!
“I can’t be with someone who doesn’t break up nicely. I mean, to me, that’s one of the most important parts of a relationship.” Elaine from “Seinfeld”
Lol I love Seinfeld and Elaine had some wise words to say sometimes.
“Quondam lovers, now forever mortal enemies.”
Erstwhile family, forced to choose sides.
Quondam and now, thin line between.
Quondam normal, now seems a luxury!
If their love was dead it would never hurt cause dead things don’t hurt, if it hurts that love is still fresh.❤️🔥❤️🔥
That’s so true- you still need to have feelings to feel pain!
Quondam mortal enemies, now forever lovers…
Aww I love that contrast/switch!
My six word story: Extraordinary lives create great content now 🙂
Yesss love that!
It’s as if they never loved.
Dried rose reminisced about quondam glory.
That’s a great one!
oh i like this..
Like Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt?
Heartfelt six word story!
Great word, Pooja, you’re certainly finding some of the more uncommon ones!
A bitter rival, my quondam friend.
Thank you and I loved your use of it!
Quondam read, De novo da capo.
Starts shine bright, Ends matter more
Laugh It beats all alternatives
What a Quondam journey life’s been
Wow you are already at #123….keep up the consistency
Quondam my lover. Now a stranger!
Her warmth dissipates, quandom her fragrance.
Love that addition!
Trying to string the word quandom into a colorful prose is fascinating.
Thank you, kindly.
but lust? it will never fade..
Until the box of chocolates arrives.
Ha love that addition!
This was meant to be so!
