Tarot Card Reading

This may be one of the randomest things I have posted on here (is randomise not a word because my laptop is red underlining it?? I always thought it was an actual word). I have recently gotten into tarot card reading and it’s been kind of amazing.

So, I was never one of those people who are really superstitious or anything like that but I do believe that the Universe does guide us when we need it to. I was kind of bored last year after I graduated and decided to get a pack of tarot cards for fun. I started doing readings for family and friends just to see if I was any good at it and once I figured out the correct way to do the readings I ended up getting weirdly accurate results. Like extremely accurate. My family was making fun of me and now they ask me for readings almost every other day lol!

I was honestly really shocked because my connection with the Universe isn’t great and has been faltering since I’ve been too busy for the last few months to properly meditate but I guess the connection is still very much there. Anyway, I’m sharing this with you guys because I thought it would be cool for me to do a weekly reading on the blog (just for fun!) for you guys. Maybe every Monday so you know how your week will go?

Unfortunately, it’s Tuesday today but we can still go for it right? Okay, so pick a number- one, two or three.

If you picked one:

The Hermit (reversed)

Expect some negative emotions this week. There may be some sadness, loneliness, fear and withdrawal from loved ones. Be careful around loved ones this week and if you are concealing something the tarots are advising that you be honest instead because concealment may lead to other issues. This is a major card.

If you picked two:

Page Of Wands (reversed)

This card means that there may be some announcements this week. You may also hear some evil news so be on the lookout for that. The reversed card also indicates that there is some indecision and instability in your life right which you need to work on. This is a minor card.

If you picked three:

The Fool (reversed)

This card indicates negligence and carelessness on your part. If you are neglecting something in your life this week may be the right one to deal with it. You also need to learn to be more apathetic and less vain if that is an issue for you.

I don’t know how accurate these readings will be since I’ve only ever done them for individuals and not for a huge group of people but lets see what happens. I mean it’s not that deep, it’s just amusing I think. Like reading your horoscope.

By the way, I do also offer individual/specific readings virtually as well. If that’s something you would be interested in please check out my services page by clicking here.

Let me know if any of the readings were accurate in the comments below because this is my first reading for so many people at once and I’m curious to know if it actually works!

  1. I don’t know anything about Tarot, but although I believe it probably can be entertaining, I think just having us randomly choose a number cannot in any way bring us in closer communication with the universe or predict what we should or shouldn’t do. My number tells me something that would be true for everyone: that they should stop procrastinating about something and should be less vain “if this is an issue.” Of course, if being too vain has become an issue, it is time to do something about it. This is just my two cents, and I could be wrong! (I’m trying not to be vain.)

    1. Yeah I definitely get what you mean and I think mass readings like these are mostly for fun like horoscopes. It’s definitely a lot more general too since I can’t do one on one readings on posts but I think it’s amusing/entertaining for readers.

  2. Tarot gives archetypes. This results in general ideas. If they are all coming upside down it is possible that there is a large number turned. Have a small collection of them as I find it interesting. So many different types and designs. Might not please some religious groups….just a FYI there in case you take some heat over it.☺

    1. Yup the readings are mostly for fun. Lol I don’t think anything about my existence would please extremely religious people and if I receive any heat for the readings I will just be ignoring them but thanks for the heads-up 😂

      1. If you are more interested in Tarot, there are books available and some ethics with regard to readings. Yup even this comes with ethical standards…I mean if you are interested in looking deeper.

  3. ” the tarots are advising that you be honest instead because concealment may lead to other issues. This is a major card.” What a wonderful card. i hope there are more cards like this and it will really help the world to be a better place.

  4. I picked Two and we actually received bad news yesterday. Between the bad news yesterday and the bad news last week, I’ve been having a hard time dealing with everything. I definitely feel like my life is upside down/unstable right now. Lots of uncertainties.

I chose Two spontaneously and didn’t put much thought into deciding on the number. I feel like in order for Tarot card readings to work, we have to choose on a whim rather than putting too much thought into it. Kinda like intuitive thinking, I guess?

    1. Oh wow I’m so sorry to hear about the bad news. I hope that things get better soon.

Yeah I absolutely believe that you have to choose spontaneously. Just pick the first number that comes to your mind because sometimes overthinking it can ruin the experience.

      1. Yeah, my husband fractured his wrist in 5 places last week and totaled his work vehicle so I’ve been driving everywhere. Tbh I hate driving. But it gets worse.

A couple days ago we got bad news about our 9-month old and they have to do emergency surgery on his eye. He has the thing that my daughter has but he was asymptomatic so this is a shock to all of us. I think he’s getting surgery sometime next week.

Even if these tarot cards readings are “too generic” and “apply to everyone in some way, shape, or form” I still think my reading was pretty damn accurate and less generic than what some ppl claim. Like 2 bad things/events in such a short period of time is unheard of – for me, anyways.

        1. Oh wow I’m so sorry to hear that. I really hope your husband recovers very quickly and that your sons surgery goes well. I can’t imagine how difficult going through all that together must be but I hope these hard times pass soon.

I agree. Yes, they are generic but all three are different. If you pick a certain number it may be because that was meant to be your card. I think yours may have been accurate since you picked the first number that came to your mind. Doing it that way always has accurate results from what I’ve seen. But of course everyone is entitled to their opinion about these things.

          1. I feel like not following intuition (first thing that comes to mind) is what people miss the most about these things. I couldn’t help but notice a lot of different opinions in this thread. Yikes lol

            1. Yeah it’s true intuition is very important. Lol yeah some of the comments are… interesting but I’m used to that. I knew not everyone would get or like this but I do and I feel like that’s most important 😌

  5. I picked 3 and I actually missed a day of studying I planned to do this week, but just one because I had to go out and was kinda tired when I came back. So kinda accurate?

    1. Glad to hear it was accurate. You should absolutely do something like this on your blog and let me know if you do I would love to check it out!

  6. I don’t know anything about Tarot readings, never had one done. I’ve always seen it as something that could be fun and thrilling.
I’d like to see how this week goes and check if it resonates with my reading. I picked 2, btw and I’m really hoping it doesn’t.🙂

    1. Well hopefully it won’t be too bad. Yeah it can be a lot of fun for people- that’s why I started it but ended up getting very much into it lol.

      1. Yeah, hopefully.

It seems pretty fun. Its always intrigued me. But it’s also one of those things I like watching from the sidelines.🙂

  7. I prefer the certainty of James 1/5
If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.

  8. I’m so excited for you, and hope for the best on your new journey with Tarot reading. I know quite a bit about it and have done readings with some friends; it is really fun. Since your readings have been mostly accurate, don’t be hard on yourself about meditating enough. That fact that your energy is positive and focused on that you love doing it is all absolutely great 😃 I’m planning on doing it more myself soon this year. Thanks for the encouragement! look forward to seeing more of your style 😉💙✨

    1. Thank you so much and yes it’s absolutely so much fun! I definitely think keeping my energy positive and focused helps a lot with my connection with the Universe. Good luck with yours too 😊

  9. can I have another card please.. Pooja🤷‍♀️ lol. i picked 3 .. i need a do over.. 🤣 I do have fun with tarot cards ad find them quite fun and insightful.

  10. One of my first draws with the Rider Waite Tarot Deck was the Hermit. It also took me a while to get into the practice but use it now to become aware of myself and my actions.
I find the cards are blunt and allows insight into areas that are working out for me or not so much. The blunt depiction sometimes ring true upon turning the card.
