As has been established by now, I’ve done a lot of dumb things in my life and continue to do dumb things. I also like to share the particularly amusing dumb things I’ve done here. Why don’t I just stop doing dumb stuff? Well, that’s really none of your business is it? Anyway, I thought I would share the dumb thing I did this week with y’all because I thought it was really funny and hope you will too.
The Dumb Thing I Did This Week
At the start of the week I began looking to see if anything fun was happening on Halloween that I wanted to be a part of. I noticed that a restaurant was having a murder mystery dinner which sounded right up my alley. I called them and they were like no actually it’s the other branch. She gave me two numbers for the other branch.
I tried the first one and an irritated man picked up and told me this was his private number. I’m assuming from his voice that this had happened to him before lol. The second one didn’t go through at all. So I thought I’d call the first branch again and let them know these were wrong numbers. But accidentally I dialled that guys number again and when he picked up I was like “is this Branch 1?” and he was SO pissed lol. Poor dude, I felt so bad but couldn’t help but find the situation funny.
Anyway, I did Google and find the actual number for the other branch and they gave me the details but unfortunately they only accepted groups of four or more for the party. And I was on my own so I ended up not going. But yeah, this was my dumb thing I did this week lol.
