Two Interviews That Brought Me Joy

dried flowers and a mobile phone | Biggest Shoutout To Elsie (Lucy)! | Two Interviews

I am so grateful to have participated in not one but two interviews recently. It’s odd being on the other end (as some of you may remember I used to conduct interviews with bloggers before) but who doesn’t love talking about themselves lol. Kidding. But seriously, I am so thankful for both of these.

Interview #1:

The first one is with Eve Marie, a blogger I only recently met through E. A. Wickham on her blog Bleuwater. She had shared a short review of my novel, Perfect, (more on that on my next post!) along with a review of Eve’s book Quest for Absence. Of course, I was curious about it and will be reading both her books when I’m done with the one I’m currently reading. Anyway, Eve and I got to talking. She’s such a lovely person and has had an interesting life. As we’re both writers and bloggers, we already had a connection.

When she asked if I want to be part of an interview, I quickly said yes. It was so much fun answering the questions and sharing more about my writing/publishing process among other things. It’s also been great chatting with her and getting to know one another. In my opinion, that’s what blogging is all about- making actual human connections.

You can find her books here and her blog here.

Here’s a link to the interview I did with her, please do take a minute to check it out:

Interview #2:

The second interview was with Poorwa from Poorwa’s Blog. Her and I have been blogging friends for an incredibly long time now and she is such a sweet person. I’ve always enjoyed interacting with her. So when I heard about this interview series she was doing called At Least We Did SOMETHING In Lockdown, I knew I wanted to be a part of it. Not only was blogging one of the only sources of socialising I had during lockdown, it was also a lifeline for people all around the world that helped all of us still continue connecting with others.

In this interview, we talk about writing, blogging, the lockdown, and more. Please give it a read below and if you enjoy it consider reading the other interviews in the series too:

Thank you to both Eve and Poorwa, I am so grateful!

Note: I’m switching off the comments on this post in the hope that you will go read both interviews and comment on their sites instead.

I recently published my first novel, if you would like to read it, please click here.
