Albert Einstein Quote #2

Quote Of The Day

Albert Einstein Quote:

Albert Einstein Quote

About This Albert Einstein Quote:

I wanted to share this Albert Einstein quote for this weeks quote of the day because it’s something I’ve been thinking more often the older that I get. It seems that the older I get, the less tolerance I have for negative people in my life. When I was younger, I was quite a pessimist too- always focusing on the negative instead of the positive. But I realised pretty quickly that living like that was exhausting. As Seneca says, I was suffering more in my mind than in reality and I didn’t want to continue living that way.

Recently, I’ve been trying to change my thought patterns and focus more on the positive instead of dwelling on the negative. And because of that I try to avoid overly negative people too because their mindset disrupts my progress.

What are your thoughts on this Albert Einstein quote? What are you listening to this week? How was the last week for you? Any plans for this week? In what ways are you trying to focus on the positive and stay away from the negative this week? How do have you tried to be kinder to others around you this week? How do you remind yourself to be kinder and carry out small acts of kindness? Let me know in the comments section located below because I would absolutely love to hear from you. Or simply stop by and say hi!
