Six Word Story:

Best blogs are always somewhat slapdash… (Embrace the chaos- it’s fun)

About The Six Word Story:

As you guys know, I love writing these six word stories for you. And from the feedback and responses that I have received on them, I am happy to say that it seems you like reading these little stories too. I am really thankful for that since it is always a win when both you and your audience enjoy the same thing. It gives me a reason to continue writing these, knowing you enjoy them so much.

I have been trying to learn a new word every day. And I have been trying to use some of these words in my six word stories to help me remember. Since these words are new to me I am guessing they are new to some of you too. So I decided I would add their definitions along with the six word story. And maybe you guys could try using the word in a six word story or six word stories of your own in the comments section located below!

Today’s Word:

Slapdash

Don’t forget to leave your six word reply in the comments because I always love reading them or simply stop by and say hi!

  1. Not slapdash exactly, good appears effortless 😉

  11. Wow, don’t know this word and it sounds really like in a state of hurry. I mean slap and dash, each with a hint of quickness and hurrying to it. I tried to emulate those people who are super organized before, only to realize that my life is so much different from theirs. It makes me who I am today…

    1. Yeah that’s exactly what I thought too when I first read the word. Especially since it has “dash” in it which is always associated with hurrying. I actually enjoy having somewhat of an unorganized life these days lol. Keeps it exciting I think.

  12. When I created my blogs, I did not want them to be haphazard, or slipshod, so I took my time and created them to be inspiring. Slapdash sounds like something put together in a rushed, and hurried manner; effortless. Thanks for sharing those words with us. I am going to look more into them just to get a better understanding of the meaning behind them. Have a wonderful day. Stay safe.

    1. Thanks so much and have a wonderful and safe day too.
