Damaged but not damaged beyond repair.
No new words today, just a somewhat uplifting SWS inspired by a recent therapy session. I have been having a great experience with therapy. After working with multiple therapist I have finally found one I love. I know a lot of people have that experience. It takes a while before you find a therapist that matches your vibe.
Some of the other therapists I worked with weren’t for me. One just kept trying to get me on pills even though I kept having side effects. The other one wasn’t really listening to me. Or at least I felt that way. But this one listens and give me really great advice. She also tells me optimistic stuff like this which really does make me feel so much better. Especially because I can be very pessimistic and sometimes need someone to give me a different perspective.

The word can be “self-healing” then. Thank you for sharing.🙂
Yes, that would be the perfect word for today.
This is good! Repeating a word, in this format, is hard to do but I think you did it really effectively here.
Thank you! Yes, I wasn’t sure if I could pull it off but I quite like how it turned out in the end.
Yeah, it’s great. It really effectively gave extra emphasis and weight to your subject matter.
And they returned; glorious and matured.
I love that addition.
Wabi Sabi – I love your poem.
Thank you, I love the idea of appreciating imperfection instead of perfection.
When love fell she lifted him.

Yes, absolutely!
Not damaged, but I’m imperfectly perfect.
Exactly.
Seems to me there is always a way to change things for the better. Anyway, first time reading a six word story and it is amazing! ❤️
Yes, there can be. Thank you 😊
Always a pleasure to be here! 😇

You’re very welcome 😊
Damaged, but not willing to acknowledge.
Damaged, trying subconsciously to hide scars.
I like both because I can relate to both.
I’m happy to hear you’re not where I am.
Damaged beyond repair too far gone
Thank you and I don’t think anyone is beyond repair. I think there is hope for all of us.
Moving forward ever, moving backwards never.
Yes, that’s my motto.
Synchronicity: finished a book of not being done with life or its possibilities. (The Midnight Library) This wraps nicely round me as I take in those themes.
Wow sounds like an interesting book.
Repair is piecing together shattered beauty
Yes, absolutely. Love your SWS.
