Blogger Interview With Rita

Today, I wanted to share my Blogger Interview with Devang from FGW. Him and I go way back. We’ve been mutually supporting one another’s blog and enjoyed reading one another’s posts for quite a few years. So when he volunteered to be interviewed, I was very excited. This was a really fun interview for me and I think that will hopefully be evident when you watch or listen to it.

Devang is a health blogger and his blog is filled with very informative and often helpful posts about health and wellness. He also recently became a certified nutritionist which is really amazing. And I think goes to show how knowledgeable he is on such topics.

He has also written some fantastic guest posts for Lifesfinewhine which are quite popular and have received a lot of positive feedback. I have personally also loved the guest posts and his posts in general because I’ve been able to learn quite a lot from them. It’s been a great opportunity for me to broaden my knowledge about health, fitness and wellness.

We talk about a lot of things in this interview including blogging, writing, health, fitness, our favourite meals and so much more. I really hope you enjoy listening or watching this episode and do leave your feedback about it in the comments section located below.

  3. Great interview! I think the most helpful thing for me was to find something a physical activity that’s fun. I enjoy surfing and it’s very demanding… but it’s OK bc I don’t think of it as “exercise.” It does get me into the gym and yoga class bc I surf better with more strength, balance and flexibility. Cool that Devang is a certified nutritionist 😎

    1. As you said its how we see it.

      Yes surfing is demanding

      And yes, yoga, strength training helps a lot.
      But as you are engaging in surfing you may need strength and hence you choose other activities as well.

    2. Yes, very cool he recently officially became a nutritionist. That’s awesome, surfing sounds so much fun. The only thing I do is yoga but it keeps me active.

      1. in fact the name pooja is prominent in many verses. overcome. the blue beast is none in the least . depression is stressing. when i was your age , i was a newly wed , i freaked out, a panic attack i barely got out of bed for six months. so i send positive prayers and thougts. it is an empathetic process after all. you have talent and mean much to our community here. hang loose gudka!
