Six Word Stories #2

Six Word Stories | happy birthday card on marbled surface

Six Word Stories:

Celebration, hoorah, another new beginning again.

A year wiser, joyous times ahead.

Year older, still just as awesome.

About These Stories:

It was quite recently the birthday of a good blogging friend of mine, Stuart. He is a fellow WordPress blogger and actually recently shared this post on Lifesfinewhine. Anyway, he always loves and supports my six word stories. But recently I haven’t had much time to write any. He asked me to share one for his birthday and I had written these ones to share on the day. Unfortunately, I was not able to share them on his actual birthday because that was around the time my grandmother passed away and I had taken a break from blogging for a few days. Of course, Stuart was very kind and understanding about this. But I still wanted to share the six word stories this week.

A very happy belated birthday to you Stuart, I really hope you enjoy these six word stories!

I hope all of you join me in wishing Stuart a very happy belated birthday and may this be the best year of his life so far. And if you haven’t already, do take a minute to check out his blog by clicking here. And since he enjoys six word stories, do feel free to share your own six word story in the comments below. Perhaps one wishing him a happy belated birthday?

I recently published my first book and would be very honoured if you took a minute to check it out here.

    1. Thank so much.

  13. Your furniture disappears when slept on.

    1. It does tend to do that…

  14. These are awesome six word stories! They’re super hard for me to do! 😊 so much to be said in such a little amount of words 😆

    1. Thank you! Yeah, I feel like six word stories are actually harder because you have to fit the whole message into such few words 😩 But you should give it a try sometime, just for fun!

  15. colder

  16. I loved the six word stories, and Happy Birthday to Stuart!
May your future be bright. ❣️

  17. Celebration, hoorah, another new beginning again.

Festivities, joyous moments and the memories

A year wiser, joyous times ahead.

Always respect your elders every day

Year older, still just as awesome.

Age is nothing but a number

    1. Great SWS’s Stuart, a nice addition for your birthday:)

      1. Thank you ☺️ and thank you too for posting this SWS 🙏

        1. You’re very welcome, it was fun for me too since I hadn’t posted any SWS in so long 😊

          1. You spoilt me with three SWS 🤗 and thank you for wishing me happy birthday too. A few years ago I would never have imagined that I would get birthday wishes from countries halfway around the world. Thank you too to everyone who has commented ‘Happy Birthday’ in the comments. It means a lot

            1. You’re so welcome 🤗 That’s the beauty of blogging, we’re able to meet people from all over and make new friends.

              1. You’re absolutely right 👍 it’s a great way to connect with people. I don’t have any social media platforms to do the same but I feel blogging is more anonymous and you don’t broadcast yourself as you do on social media. Your posts are there for people to read if they want to and they choose to see what you’ve written

                1. Also I think connections are more genuine here, you don’t see that on social media. The comments are so much more vague and no one really wants to connect. They just want likes.

  18. Belated birthday greetings extend the celebration!

    1. That’s a great SWS, I’m sure he loved it!

    2. Thank you 🙏
