Where Did She Disappear To Now?

a woman wearing a smartwatch holding a smartphone with her head down tired of work | Where Did She Disappear To Now

You might be checking up on my blog for the last few days and wondering- where did she disappear to now? I think it was fate, to be honest. I said I was trying to post more regularly and suddenly my life got so busy I haven’t been able to post at all this week.

My cousin was visiting during his college break and I ended up spending a lot of my time with him. I decided to prioritise that because he was only here for a couple of weeks. And sometimes real life is more important than blogging. And I’m glad I did that because we made a lot of great memories. Some of which I’ll be sharing here.

I also (wrongly) assumed the next few months would be more relaxed with work but the universe must have heard my sigh of relief because I think I’m going to be busier than ever. I don’t mind, I love what I do and get to work in my pjs. But it just means there may be a little less time for blogging than I expected.

On a positive note, I have been really sticking with my goals for the year. Sure it’s only the start of the year BUT if you know me you know I often don’t even get to week two with some goals lol. Not this year though, this is the year of hope and success. Just kidding universe, please don’t hurt me!

I recently published my first book and would be very honoured if you took a minute to check it out here.

    1. Thank you so much.

  2. Blogging is an avocation, your “real life” must come first, well done Pooja. I enjoy your posts and will be here when ya get back! 😊👍🏻

    1. I totally agree, real life and online is very different and I want to make memories while I can. Thanks so much, I’m back now since he’s back at college! 😊❤️

      1. I’m glad you are back. 😊

        1. Thank you ☺️❤️

  3. Please, spend time on yourself and with family. Those are things you never get back once they pass.

    1. Yeah, that’s exactly why I took the time off. It’s so important to make memories while we can. He’s off to college again so I should have more blogging time now.

  4. Keep kicking ass, making that money, and making those memories! What more could we ask for!

    1. Yes, exactly!!

  5. Well good to see you back . Sometimes life can be hectic or busy

    1. Thanks so much, happy to be back but it was fun making memories for a few weeks too.

  6. I am glad you are feeling better about life, i told you it will happen sooner than you know. the fate will take you places lol and the universe is sometimes crazy like that, nothing personal though 🙂

    1. Thank you and you were so right. Life has a way of doing that lol, things change in the blink of eye.

      1. And that inspired confidence, at least sometimes

  7. Haha… yes, that’s life! When I make plans, life generally takes me somewhere else. But, it doesn’t really matter… we generally end up exactly where we’re supposed to be. 🤗

    1. Haha same here, life seems to always have alternative plans but I think that’s not a bad thing- like you said we end up where we’re supposed to 🤗💗

  8. Here’s to real life and goals! Wishing you much success in 2026, Pooja!

    1. Thank you! May you and the kids have an amazing 2026 too!

  9. 🙏🌹

  11. Family time is very important. They are moments that you may never experience again. So, I understand and applaud your choice to be absent from the blog world.

    1. I totally agree, I think we need to spend time with those we love while we can. Thank you so much.

      1. Ain’t that the truth. Make those moments count. There will be plenty of time to blog.

  12. Hello, as many others have just told you, taking the time to discover other things is essential because no blog, however fascinating, can replace the precious moments of life. Many aspire to millions of subscribers, which is certainly very flattering, but it’s terrifying to believe that you’ve become indispensable.

    1. I totally agree. I enjoy blogging very much and of course want to post regularly but as with all things there has to be a balance. Sometimes real life becomes more important and that’s okay.

  13. Memories from real life situations are one of a kind, and should be cherished. Blogging will always be there, and so will we. This is a good year for prioritizing yourself.

    1. Absolutely agree and thank you, I hope so 😊

      1. You’re welcome, Pooja.

  16. Everyone has some reason to disappear, no need to explain that much

    1. Yeah, it happens.

  17. Eh, with the end of the year, people come and go on blogging for all sorts of reasons 😀
Glad you got to spend some quality time in real life with real people. Blogging friends are good for us, but real life people are even better!

    1. Yeah, that’s so true. Thanks so much! 😀

  18. Of course life is more important than blogging. I post once a week and sometimes have to search for time. Live and laugh Pooja. We’ll be here. 🤣😎🙃

    1. Yeah, I think with blogging we share when we can 😊

  19. I wouldn’t worry, your readers will understand. More important to honor your life by living it and being fully present. You can’t live your life through your blog, you have to get out there and be in it! Hope your weekend is awesome!

    1. Thanks and yes, I think it’s important to live life to its fullest. Hope yours is too!
