I got this notification last night and realised that it has officially been 11 years since I started Lifesfinewhine. Generally, I try not to be too sappy but I always get a little emotional when I get this yearly notification. Yes, we all like to complain about WordPress every now and then. However, this platform also gives us something that is unique on the internet. It’s a platform where people can genuinely connect with one another and can share their content without caring about likes etc.
Thanks to Lifesfinewhine, I’ve been able to live a life I didn’t think was possible. I’ve been able to connect with bloggers around the world which really kept me afloat when times were tough. I’ve been able to start my own business and work from home, which for me is absolutely my dream job. And most important perhaps, I’ve been able to publish not one but two books. Something I had always dreamed of doing and would 100% not be able to do if it weren’t for this blog.
Thank you to everyone that has followed my journey from when I first began my blog and has continued to connect through WordPress. And to everyone that has supported my blog posts, writing, and business. I am eternally grateful to everyone one of you.
