It’s The Last Day To…

Accidentally had the comments off- my bad! 😭

Happy Halloween, everyone! Can you believe it’s already the end of October and nearing the end of the year? Also, on a totally unrelated note lol, today happens to be the last day to get my book on sale for only $0.99! If you’re looking to read something scary, haunting, that will stay with you for a long time, please consider checking out my book. If you love psychological thrillers you will love this one so check it out on the last day of the sale!

As for Halloween, I decided not to do anything for it this year because it’s been an awful month and the energy just felt off. To be honest, October is my favourite month but I haven’t even felt like watching a Halloween movie or anything. I didn’t even watch Silence Of The Lambs which I do quite often in October. However, I did go to dinner with my cousin brother to uplift my mood which was fun. I had a yummy milkshake and lots of good food. And now I’m watching my favourite Halloween themed episodes of TV shows before I go to bed.

And now onto you, are you doing anything for Halloween or are you just going to be chilling like me? Are you planning to dress up and if you do what are you going to dress up as? Let me know in the comments section located below. Or simply stop by and say hi! And have an amazing November!

My first novel, Perfect, is now on sale on Amazon. If you would like to read it, please click here.

  1. Pretty quiet for me, just helping my wife distribute the goodies for the trick or treaters… Some pretty good costumes!

  2. How crazy fast has this year gone!!

I’m going to dig into my moving boxes (the ones in the house, anyway) and see if I can find one of the horror flicks I’ve had for years. If not, I’ll watch the newest one I own…The Long Walk….cos I have not done so yet.

‘that will stay with you for a long time’😯😳🤯 ??!?!!…”

this gives me a feeling of a serious warning lol…😂
I mean who wants to remember the scary stuff?

    • Being scared ‘occasionally’ isn’t bad I feel.
Sometimes you like getting scare — that too at some extent/limit.
    • I do enjoy horror comedy.
But the ghosts movies shooted in the darkness or dim light — which uses death and killing scenes continuously + terrifying background sounds — are unbearable.

    1. I think the nervous system works differently for 1) those who enjoy dark movies and 2) those who don’t.

Yesterday, in the evening, I observed numerous bats🦇 flying from the north west direction to towards the south eat direction.
This is the closest thing I observed related to the Halloween.
I don’t know where they were going…? 🤔 Maybe they conduct a routinely monthly meeting like us humans. He…he…

We are not doing anything for Halloween. We put up decorations and put up candy but no one came by this year. We usually do something with our daugher but she went to Los Angeles to do Halloween stuff with her friend. In addition, Screams the world’s largest Halloween park located in Waxahachie south of Dallas was closed this year. So, well, my wife and I did nothing this year. However, I very much remembered your very thrilling psychological thriller “Perfect” and that is a good enough for the Halloween spirit this time. As you know I loved your book Perfect and whether it is on sale or not it is a great buy.

  7. Hi, Pooja!

We don’t celebrate Halloween here, so it’s going to be a normal day like the rest of the days for me. It’s November already! Time flies when we’re having fun.

    Have a wonderful November! ☺️

  8. Happy Halloween 🎃.

  9. Yeah, November got here before I even realized it. Hope you have a better November than you did October.

  10. I read two vampire themed romances, does that count? Happy Halloween, Pooja! 💞

  11. Happy belated Halloween, and Happy November, Pooja! We didn’t do anything special, and we didn’t get any trick or treaters either. All the more chocolate for us! 🎃🍂

  12. Happy Halloween, a day later. It is interesting to hear from people in other countries celebrating Halloween. We had heavy rain storms, so we had one nice family come dressed up, at least the 3 children were and then the rains came. I will give away some candy to my PT on Tuesday.

Halloween was never my jam. Just another quiet day. 🤣😎🙃

  15. I trust your novel continues to be received well. It should be. I’m glad you had dinner out on Hallowe’en; that seems a grand alternative. Beyond watching old, scary movies I didn’t do much for Hallowe’en as well. For some of the same reasons, I believe. Well, it’s All Saints, soon All Souls. And it’s November. Let’s hope toward a better month.
