Boho Eatery Review And Experience
It’s been a while since I’ve done a travel/lifestyle post like this one. The truth is, they take longer to create because I have to deal with the images etc. And now that I’ve been trying to get into YouTube, I also have to create the videos that go along with my travel posts. However, in my opinion, the hard work is worth the results. Anyway, today I will be sharing my Boho Eatery review and experience.
Boho Eatery is a restaurant in Nairobi that specialises in whole foods. Their dishes are clean and healthy. Unfortunately, it’s pretty far from where I live. But recently my bestie visited me and we were in the area anyway so we decided to stop by. Honestly, I’ve been trying to go to Boho Eatery for ages but nothing seemed to work out till this day. The vibes were just on point.
The Food
We went there for lunch and the host was so sweet. He made jokes and showed us to our table. The table was just gorgeous and I loved the nature vibe. We ordered drinks to start with and look at how gorgeous they are:
I forgot what they were called, I’m sorry lol. It’s been a while since we went. Mine was some kind of orange cocktail, DentMistry had some pomegranate drink (girl let me know in the comments if you remember the names of the drinks) and my sister had something? I’m sorry this is the worst review I’ve made so far lol.
Next we ordered some starters. We got the vegan pakodas with a sour tofu dip and the vegan mushroom dumplings. They were both incredible. Like honestly, some of the best food I’ve ever eaten in my life. Although for anyone looking to order the dumplings, just know they have a strong garlic flavour. I love that but I know it’s not for everyone so just a heads up. And the presentation for the dishes was off the charts. Literally gorgeous.

For the main meals, we ordered the vegan Spicy Black Bean Tacos and my sister got the vegetarian dosa. They were both amazing and the tacos were the best I’ve ever had. So delicious. Not really spicy though lol. But I have pretty high spice tolerance though.
We talked for a while and ordered more food as we usually do. I got some passion ice tea and vegan cheesecake and they got some coffee ice cream and mango ice cream. Apparently they were amazing and the cheesecake was incredible too. It tasted so fresh. I will say it didn’t taste like real cheesecake though. But it was delicious so who cares.
I made a little short on YouTube about my Boho Eatery experience and would love for you guys to watch it to learn more about the food experience:
The Ambiance
The ambiance was amazing. We loved sitting out in nature and everything was so beautifully decorated and kept. And we even had a little visitor while we ate:
We had a lovely time getting some sun and fresh air:
Us just catching up lol:
Final Thoughts
We had such an amazing experience. The food was phenomenal, the place was amazing and it just had the best vibe. I would so recommend this place if you are ever in Kenya. But just a heads up, it is on the pricey side. I think it’s great as a treat but not so much as a regular joint. If I had the money thought, I would just live here lol.
