What made you start blogging?
I always knew I wanted to write and blogging seemed like a great way to put out my work.
What gets your day started?
Meditation.
How do you relax?
Meditation, reading, listening to music and writing.
What is your favorite place for take-out?
I love Taco Bell!
What makes you happy?
Kittens and most animals in general.
Do you have any specific goals for the rest of this year?

What do you do in your spare time?
Write, sleep, read.
How do you want to improve yourself in the next year?
Be better at handling negative emotions.
What was your greatest failure and what did you learn from that?
I stretched myself too thin and it taught me not to bite off more than I can chew.
What has been your greatest success?
This blog, going to university and learning to handle my mental health better.
Have you met anyone interesting/famous on your blogging journey?
I have met soooo many amazing people on my blogging journey it’s been crazy!

I admire you for keeping up with a daily steak of meditation. Sometimes I’ll do the first two days but then (because I love in a noisy, family home) it gets harder to find a quiet and undisturbed place.

Amazing that you start your day with meditation – what would be your advice for someone who wants to start regularly meditating or doing yoga in the early morning?

I know it’s tough and sometimes you feel like you just don’t want to but fight through that feeling. Once you do it for a few weeks and notice the results you’ll get used to it and automatically feel like meditating/doing yoga every morning.
