Blogger Interview With Vincent Smarra

Blogger Interview With Vincent Smarra
I have gotten so many interview requests and I wanted to thank everyone for their interest- I will definitely respond to each email just give me some time as I’m pretty busy with university at the moment. Thanks again!

I hope you enjoy this interview with blogger Vincent Santino Smarra! As always feel free to leave your comments below telling us what you thought about the interview or simply stop by and say hi!

1. Thank you so much for being a part of this interview. Please tell us a little about yourself, your blog and what it is about.
I’m Vincent Santino Smarra, better known as ‘Who?’, or Sonny, to my friends. I always enjoyed language, I’m a prose person that considers writing art. Love it all, except grammar, which I accept like a good-intentioned yet annoying family member. My online platform is my way of sharing my work with the world.

2. When did you start your blog and what made you decide to start blogging?

Sometime in my childhood, this idea popped into my head that I’m meant to be a writer, and never left. So I write because I have to, but my blog, portfolio, whatever the proper term, was another step entirely. I started regularly sharing my work online about 7 years ago when I first felt confident enough that a stranger who might stumble across my writing would enjoy it. I was an idiot for thinking that back then, an overconfident 18 year old – unique, right – but I’m glad I made the decision.

3. I noticed that you blog about multiple topics and have different categories on your blog. What is your favourite topic or category to write about and why?

I never considered how categorically scattered my content is, but now that you’ve pointed it out, I can see you’re right. For me, the main focus is the flow of the writing; I share prose I think has merit, simply because of the way it’s written. The writing style I enjoy the most though, maybe spontaneous prose, Kerouac’s stream of consciousness
style. Sometimes I can post the pieces whole, sometimes I chop them up to use piecemeal, and regardless of their practical use, it’s always cathartic to get it onto the page.

4. Do you ever feel overwhelmed by blogging or like you are running out of ideas? If so, how do you deal with it?

I never feel overwhelmed by writing because no one asked me to do this. It is a weight with undeniable presence but it being there makes me, me. If I run out of ideas, I write about what I see. If I don’t like what I see, I write about nothing; it’s never as pointless as it sounds, though. I think.

5. What is your favourite part of being a blogger?

I put a lot of myself into what I write, and the best part about sharing my work online is knowing I have the chance to communicate my innermost thoughts with complete strangers. Whenever I read good writing my brain absorbs the essence, not an intentional remembrance like when studying, more of a ‘Oh, I already knew that, didn’t I?’ I might not remember the words verbatim but their impact is certain, and the chance to provide that for another person means a lot to me.

6. Who and what are some of your inspirations for writing?

So far as literal writers go, my top 3 inspirations in no order (yes I’m afraid of offending dead men) are Jack Kerouac, Herman Hesse, and Fyodor Dostoevsky. I draw a lot of inspiration from other places too though, especially music: Bob Dylan, Mac Miller, King Fantastic, to name a few.

7. Tell us more about “symphonic prose” and what inspired that.

A couple years back I put my pen down and end up with My Mixtape, stories based on songs split into sections by scrapbook poems made of song lyrics. I put it aside, not knowing what to do with it. A couple weeks later I forgot to do an assignment for a class, and turned it in hoping for the professor’s mercy as it didn’t quite satisfy the project parameters. Fast forward again, I have to meet him during office hours to get it back; he wants to talk. Like a good teacher he let me know it was rough and needed work then passed me with a very generous ‘B’ because he’d never seen anything like it. Proffesor Branscum said he saw potential in the form, and encouraged me to keep developing it. Meant a lot to me. Since then I’ve released 3 additional projects of the same ilk: Jam Session, Ringtones From The Radio, and Music From The Microcosm. The stories, named after songs, are meant to be read before, during, or after listening to the namesake music, and song lyric scrapbook poems serve as thematic breaks, all in the name of communicating the usually impossible to verbalize feeling music can provide. Symphonic Prose is my answer to people’s question of, ‘Why do you like that song?’ And since metatextual games like this are present in almost all other mediums today, I figured, why not literature?

8. What is your favourite food?
Raw onions, garlic, and pickled pepperoncini peppers. Taste and smell.

9. What is the weirdest situation you have ever been in?
One time in the bar some dude made eye contact with me, and I was convinced he was coming to fight, so I made the first move; smashed a plastic cup full of long island across dude’s face. It was a crowded night so the splash hit more than just him. Two guys plus the one I hit start pummeling me and I’m against a wall, I don’t fall but I don’t move either, they just hitting, hitting – I get two black eyes and a busted lip before my friends tackle them off of me. Then, the bouncers come, and decide I was the only person that needed to be kicked out. They were probably right.

10. If you had to live in only one country for the rest of your life, which one would you pick?
It’d be America, which is boring because that’s where I’m from, but if I knew I couldn’t leave I’d make it a point to travel and take the whole thing in. This place is big enough to be a few countries; sometimes it seems like it is.

11. What is one of your favourite memories?
Our high-school graduation was outside, and afterwards, me and a friend snuck into the building. We were on the top floor, looking out on the roof, and we’d always talked about wanting to go out onto it; then we realized we could and no one could say anything. So we did. I smile every time I think about that view.

12. Thanks again and please feel free to share anything you would like to add or share with the readers.
Thanks for taking the time to talk to me, Pooja. These were good questions, I had fun
answering them. If Symphonic Prose piqued anyone’s interest, it’s free to read:

Blogger Interview With “Dumbestblogger”

Blogger Interview With “Dumbestblogger”
I want to thank everyone for all the positive feedback on the last interview and for supporting the blogger I interviewed that truly means a lot. I have also gotten so many interview requests which is so awesome but it is a little time consuming so if you have emailed me about an interview and I haven’t gotten back to you yet please give me a few days and you should receive a reply soon.
I hope you enjoy this interview with Ian– it was a great experience interviewing him since his blog is one of my favourite blogs to read!
1. Thanks so much for agreeing to be a part of this interview! Please tell us a little about your blog, what it’s about and why you decided to start blogging.
I was living in a basement, working a backbreaking blue-collar job and not doing anything creative whatsoever. One evening I was like, “I’m gonna do something.” so I wrote an absolutely ridiculous recipe for Mayonnaise Cookies and posted it on my blog. I got a few likes on that post, so I decided to keep going and write more ridiculous stuff. I’ve always been a creative person, but what’s really held me back is the fact that I haven’t always been disciplined about my creativity. Through blogging I have created a structure of discipline for myself. I think of myself as having two separate jobs, one job is being the creative mind that comes up with content, the other is serving as the publisher that publishes that content. I post every day, currently at 8:30 PM Central Standard Time, the creative side of me doesn’t always want to have something ready at that point in time, but the publisher is like “we’ve got a deadline, buddy. Get off your ass and write me something!”
2. Your blog name “Dumbestblogger” is very interesting and definitely unique- what made you decide to pick that name?
Back when I first started my blog I didn’t know very much about blogging. I knew a couple people who had blogs, but they were mostly really terrible and written by people who took themselves way too seriously. I didn’t want to take myself too seriously, so I chose an unserious name. I like the fact that by using that name I set the bar really low for myself. I get comments all the time that are like “this actually isn’t the dumbest thing I’ve ever read,” and I’m like “cool.” I love surpassing expectations.
3. When did you create your blog and in what ways has it changed since you created it if it has changed?
I wrote my first post on January 8th, 2014. I’ve dinked around with it on and off ever since, but I’ve only been disciplined about it in the last year. In 2018 I didn’t publish anything, and had a grand total of three views for the entire year. It turns out that if you don’t write anything very few people will read it. Now that I post regularly I have a pretty steady group of committed readers, and that’s something that’s really satisfying.
4. The short stories you post on your blog are very amusing and witty but I’m sure it can be difficult to come up with such stories on a regular basis. Do you ever experience writers block and what are some of the ways you use to fight writer’s block?
One of the most popular posts I wrote last year was about my writer’s block. It measures approximately 8″x4″x5½”. It is uncured red oak which was milled with a band saw blade. But no, in all seriousness I never worry about writer’s block. I think this is another advantage of setting the bar low. There’s always something to write about, even if it isn’t particularly good.
5. What inspires you to write?
I’m not sure what the line is between inspiration and perspiration, but I know that I’m a very public writer compared to some. It’s hard for me to write something that no one else is going to see, I crave the adulation of the masses.
6. Which is your favourite post on your blog so far?
There are several that I like for personal reasons, or that were really fun to write, but the one that I think is objectively the best is a short story called “Shooter And The Kid.” It’s based on an Ancient Greek Play.
7. Who are some of your favourite authors who have influenced your writing and writing style?
Probably the most influential in terms of my blog has been Bruce Goodman, who wrote over 2000 flash fiction stories on his blog. When I found his stories it struck me that he was doing something similar to what I wanted to be doing with my blog, so I paid a lot of attention to what he was doing, and was certainly influenced by it. I’m a big fan of Rod Serling, Harold Pinter, G.K. Chesterton, Louis L’Amour and The Onion. Recently I’ve been getting into Agatha Christie, and I also learned that Mindy Kaling wrote the monologue from “The Office” about Michael Scott getting his foot caught in a George Foreman grill, so she’s definitely in the top ten. Homer is really good, and knows how to tell a great story. What you should take away from this list is that I have no sense of taste whatsoever.
8. What is your favourite movie and why?
If I had to pick only one movie to watch for the rest of my life it would probably be “Raising Arizona.” It’s funny, but also serious, and the ending is so weird. I love it. But I would be really bummed out about not being able to watch “Napoleon Dynamite,” “Good Burger,” and “No Country For Old Men.”
9. What is your favourite food?
A medium rare rib-eye with mashed potatoes.
10. Are you a dog person or a cat person?
Cats are cute, but to me they always seem like they’re operating in their own little world. I feel like I understand dogs, and that they understand me. I like dogs.
11. If you could do anything you wanted for a day with no consequences what would you do?
Probably take a spaceship and fly as far out into space as I could.
12. Would you rather be invisible or be able to fly?
Fly.
13. Who is your favourite superhero?
Na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na, Batman!
14. If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive who would it be?
I’d like to meet Harry Truman. I think we would have had a lot in common as midwestern farm boys who believe in hard work, honesty and responsibility. I’ve always felt a bit of a connection with him. I think he would also like steak and mashed potatoes.

Getting Your Life Together In 2021

Getting Your Life Together In 2021

I think for a lot of us 2020 was the year so many things changed. Our lives changed in so many drastic ways and even though we hope things will go back to normal soon it may still be a while before things get back to where they were. However, that does not mean that you should let this year go to waste. I am a huge fan of new starts because it allows you to improve yourself and your life and I think as humans our goal should be to constantly try to improve ourselves so that we can be the best version of us.

One way to improve your life is by getting your finances together. As someone who has been adulting (part-time and barely but adulting nonetheless) for a few years now I thought I would share a review of a site I think would be helpful for people who are looking to be a more fiscally responsible this year.

I have mentioned on this site before how much I like online calculators because they really help me figure out my priorities, my weekly and monthly budget and more. The online calculator I wanted to talk about today is the rent or buy calculator. I know that one of the biggest issues that people in their twenties and thirties have is finding a place to stay. I also know that even though we are technically adults we are not the best at doing adult stuff and there is a lot we don’t know when it comes to renting or buying our own place. I was kind of surprised by a lot of things when I rented my first apartment because it was in a new country and I had never rented a place before. Luckily everyone was super nice and helpful but that is not always the case. It is especially difficult to make a decision when you are trying to decide whether to pick a place to rent or to buy.

Renting a place is a pretty big commitment but buying a place is an even bigger commitment and the first thing you need to think about is which would be better for you depending on your savings and income. The rent or buy calculator allows you to make all the calculations you need to make in order to see which would be the best fit for you at the moment. Not only does it help you decide which would be best for you depending on your current financial position it also lets you see what payments you would need to be making long-term which I think is pretty great because it allows you to understand exactly what you are getting into long-term too.

The site also provides a number of mortgage calculators, loan calculators and more along with the rent or buy calculator which I think is quite useful because that will allow you to continue using their calculators even after you have decided to rent or buy and you won’t be stuck after making your decision.

The calculators are extremely simple and easy to use- they have basic and advanced calculators depending on what you would like to calculate which I think is a good idea because it allows you to get an idea of what would be best for you and once you have decided you can use the advanced one to get a better idea of what your future would look like depending on your decision. Their calculators are also super user friendly which helps because I don’t have the best concentration span and sometimes it can get exhausting when sites are slow or don’t work as they should/promise to. It does not have annoying pop-up ads or any ads actually which is probably why the loading time is so impressive and the fact that it’s simple to use means that most people can use it including older people or people who are not the best with technology.

I will definitely be writing more posts about saving money in 2021 so please be on the lookout for those over the next few weeks if that’s something you would be interesting in reading about. Also like I mentioned in my last post this year is all about spreading awareness about other sites I think are helpful or that I particularly like so do check them out by clicking here or check out the rent or buy calculator by clicking here.

Your Thoughts

What are some of the most difficult things about adulting for you? Do you have a difficult time with managing your finances? What are some tips and tricks you use for making sure you have your finances in order? Please let me know in the comments below or simply stop by and say hi because I would really love to hear from you!

Fitting Necessary Appointments Into Your Schedule

Edit: I’ve decided to start posting regularly again and I wanted to post about something totally random because I am kind of sick of thinking about WP lol. Thank you for your support and understanding and I hope you enjoy this post!
Most of us live pretty busy lives. Most of us work jobs that we have to commute to, or we are working from home and having to adapt to the new working circumstances or if you’re a student like me you are doing online classes or in-school classes. Many of us have children to take care of or pets who we have to walk and groom. That’s before we even consider personal activities, personal relaxation time or anything else.
So, it really isn’t all too surprising that many of us begin to neglect our own health and wellbeing. We’re so busy sticking to commitments and helping others that we will often let our own needs pass under the radar. But a good way to combat this, at least a little, is to make sure that you keep up to date with your recommended health appointments.
Now, there are a number of different health appointments that you should be attending and they may be determined by your sex, age and other factors. But for now, let’s focus on just a few that you should make sure to schedule into your calendar.

Dental Appointments

You shouldn’t only go to the dentist if you are experiencing problems with your teeth or gums. You should check in once every six months for a general checkup too! A checkup will help your dentist to identify any problems with your teeth and gums before they start causing you pain or other issues. This is ideal, as prevention is always better than cure.
When you attend your dental appointment, your dentist will take a good look around your mouth, can identify any issues and can recommend future treatment if any issues are identified. This is a time where they could potentially see warning signs of small cavities or gum disease. If you have underlying issues, such as wisdom teeth coming through, they could also carry out an X-ray to see problems that lie under the surface. You may also want to ask for a scale and polish, which will help you to leave the dentist’s office with a shining smile, free of tartar and plaque.
I am not sure if you are aware of this but I have talked about it in my other posts- I have weird teeth. I have very sensitive teeth and I have more teeth under my adult teeth so going to the dentist is definitely very important for me and it actually helps a lot to keep my weird teeth in check.

Eye Tests

Now, let’s move onto another common, but less regular, health appointment – eye tests. It’s generally recommended that you get an eye test with a professional optician once every two years. The appointment really doesn’t take all too long – roughly half an hour in total. Half an hour every two years really isn’t all too much of an ask, but can make all the difference to your health!
So, what can you expect during an eye appointment? Well, first you will find that your optician will take a look at the health of your eye from front to back. They may take some pictures. This will help them to determine if your eyes are health are not. If they diagnose any conditions, you can then be referred on to receive treatment for them. These conditions can be eye related, such as glaucoma or cataracts, or they could entail your wider health, such as diabetes. Without an eye test, these conditions could be left undiagnosed and could potentially worsen over time. Another part of the eye test will check your colour vision and alertness.
Finally, you’ll encounter the most famous part of any eye test – the part where you read letters from a board at a distance. This will help your optometrist to determine if your sight has deteriorated at all. If it has, they can prescribe you lenses that can rectify your vision and help you to see more clearly. This prescription can then help you to choose some glasses or contact lenses to help you with your vision in day to day life. You can find more info here.

Cervical Screening

If you are a woman over the age of 25, you should make the time to attend a cervical screening appointment as and when is appropriate for your age group. This appointment is common and consequently has a variety of names that people will refer to it with. You may hear people referring to cervical screening as a “smear test” or a “pap smear”. These are all exactly the same procedure and the appointments will all be exactly the same. Cervical screening is a process that will take swabs from your cervix (the entrance or “barrier” between your womb and your vagina) so that medical professionals can take a look at cellular material there and identify any existing irregularities.
If the professionals do find any irregularities, they are likely to carry out further testing as a precautionary check for cancerous cells or cancer. Between the ages of 25 and 44, you will have a cervical screening carried out once every three years. Between 45 and 60, you will be asked to have a cervical screening carried out once every five years.

Conclusion

Scheduling these appointments into your calendar really isn’t too difficult a task to carry out. None of them will take up all too much of your time, but each can make a whole lot of difference to your overall health and wellbeing. Sure, you may need to take others into account. But you should make sure you’re looking after yourself too!
So, take some time right now to determine when you are free and when you can fit these appointments in. Then reach out to the relevant places and book in. Make sure to avoid putting these appointments off. Once they’re done, they’re out of the way and you don’t have to think about them again for a little while!

An Update- Kind Of

If you haven’t read yesterdays post I would recommend you do so before reading this one. You can read it by clicking here.
So, I want to start out by saying THANK YOU! You guys are absolutely amazing and I truly appreciate everyone’s support on my last post. I am always so touched by how caring and supportive this community is and that’s why it’s so difficult for me to consider leaving it. You guys have become like family to me and I truly appreciate every comment you guys leave.

WP’s Response

I decided to share the emails with you guys so that you can see for yourselves just how irritating this situation is. When I initially told them about my issue this is the email I received yesterday telling me I had been blocked.

I felt like they were incredibly passive-aggressive about the situation and just started blaming me off the bat without even finding out all the details of the situation. They didn’t even do their research well because they clearly got the number of blogs I follow wrong- by literally thousands…
I tried to politely let them know that they had made a mistake and even sent them a screenshot as proof showing the actual number of blogs I follow which can be found in your wp-admin dashboard.

They completely ignored the fact that they made a mistake, did not even address the issues and pretty much told me to leave WordPress.com and move to a self-hosted site. Except, from my research I have learnt that if they wanted to they could unblock me- they have done so for other people. They just don’t want to. At least they offered to refund me my money for the plan.

My guess is that their site has serious glitches- all my comments were showing up as read on my notifications for a while which I’m guessing is them reading the comments. My Ads revenue went away for a few days and then came back. My traffic page has been glitching for a while now. And it’s not just me- multiple people have been effected.
I read a post online by a woman who didn’t use WP for MONTHS and came back to find she had been blocked from following accounts. How is that even possible when she did not use her account for months. Clearly, their algorithm does not know the difference between spam/bots and actual interaction/blogs. And instead of fixing this they blame the victims for being too interactive which is so weird because blogging is supposed to be an interactive hobby. The interaction is the best part for me.
Also how am I being accused of self-promoting on other blogs when I have literally never commented trying to promote my own blog. I always try to leave comments about the post and only ever leave a link if I feel like the post would help the reader/I have nominated them for something. And that is as RARE as Selena Gomez’s makeup line (can you tell I’ve been binge watching makeup videos online?).
I mean how do you accuse someone of stuff like that without even reading the comments they have left or the posts they have written. Especially when all these comments are sitting in my spam folder- how come they aren’t being blocked?

And let’s be honest- a permanent block is so excessively mean- I mean most social platforms have blocks but it’s usually for an hour/day/month. Permanent blocks with no prior warning is just so awful for people like me who are blocked due to errors on their part.

What Now?

I am considering moving to a self-hosted site but it will be a lot of work so I’m going to wait till I have my mid term break. Till then I guess I will keep blogging as I usually do and not like/follow anything. I will continue to leave comments on your blogs and support you guys as much as I can.
I will write in more detail about moving to a self-hosted site once I do more research because I know some of you may be interested in moving to self-hosted as well.

Some Disturbing Things You Should Know About WordPress.com

  1. They Own All Your Content

Source: https://www.crazyegg.com/
No, not some of your content. Not most of your content. They own ALL your content and can apparently do exactly what they want with it whether you like it or not. I found this very concerning because as creators don’t we have any rights to our own content that WE created.
2. They Can Terminate Your Site

Source: https://www.crazyegg.com/
They can terminate your site whenever they want without even giving you an explanation. If that’s not super scary I don’t know what is. Can you imagine all your hard work being deleted and never seeing it again? Even if you decide not to move to a self-hosted site I would recommend backing up all your posts so that if your site does get deleted by mistake at least you will still have your posts.
I hope this information helps because I did not know about this before and it’s actually very scary to think that they have this much power over you. I also want to warn other bloggers- be careful with liking/following/commenting. I think recently there has been a lot of spam/bots on WP and they are handling it horribly and I would hate to see what happened to me happen to anyone else. Also please back up all your posts and media- I would hate to see someone lose everything over a mistake on WP’s part.
Also if my blog disappears they’ve probably terminated me for writing this post…

HELP!

For those of you who already have self-hosted sites could you please tell me more about it in the comments. What host are you using? Would you recommend it? What problems have you run into if any? Did moving to self-hosted effect your traffic and follow in anyway? How would you recommend making the move? Are you up for hire to move my site for me? Thanks I really appreciate any information I can get although I got quite a bit of information on the last post which I truly appreciate!

Random Announcement

This may be the weirdest time and most random post to announce this on but after years of hating on social media I have finally started a Facebook page lol! I won’t be super active on it but I will reply to messages and post updates about my blog so if you are interested feel free to head over and follow the page and friend my profile (that’s how FB works right? I’m not too sure to be honest…) Either way thank you in advance for stopping by and supporting it!

I’m Done With WordPress

If you read yesterdays post you probably know that I was having trouble with my WordPress site. I was not surprised because that happens quite often because WordPress does have quite a few bugs it needs to work on. The problem was that I was not able to like or follow other blogs/posts.
I contacted the Happiness Engineers and although they were very nice they were not able to fix the problem and I was told the team was working on it. I was busy yesterday so I just hoped for the best and moved on. Today I did a bit more research and from other peoples experience it says that apparently WP blocks you from from liking and following if you like or follow too many.
Here’s the problem with that- I have about 18.6k followers- obviously I am going to be following quite a few blogs and I get about a hundred comments a day. When someone comments on my blog I generally head over to their blog and also leave a like and comment because I really think WP is a two-way street and the best way to get people to engage with your posts is to engage on theirs. If you have ever liked or commented on one of my posts you probably noticed that I liked/commented on your as well.
Since I get about a hundred comments a day and let’s say like half of them are replies I still end up visiting like 50 blogs a day and leaving likes/comments. Because of my university starting again for the fall semester I have been forced to stick to a pretty tight schedule. I schedule out about an hour every day to like/comment on other blogs that have liked/commented on mine. I also spend like 15 minutes a day going through new followers and follow back blogs I like- usually like 5 a day.  I get about 50 followers a day so I don’t think 5 a day is that bad.
Anyway, since WP’s system sucks- they literally let actual bots and spammers through- I think I have been blocked because you can’t like more than like 15 blog posts an hour and you can’t follow more than a certain amount of blogs overall. Some people online said you can’t undo this block. If that’s the case I’m not sure if I can keep blogging anymore. My favourite part of blogging has always been interacting with other blogs and now I’m scared to even comment on other blogs in case it blocks me from commenting.
I hate how unhelpful the WP system is. It’s so frustrating. They never listen to their followers- like with what happened with the new editor- and they are EXTREMELY unhelpful when you actually need their help. They’re super nice and polite but just don’t seem to be equipped to handle literally almost any situation. They give you almost no information about what’s going on. I’m just super pissed. I feel like years of hard work just went down the drain. I’m done. I’m VERY done with WP. I am going to try and leave comments on all your blogs though even if I can’t like them. Until I get blocked that is- probably going to happen soon I’m guessing. Anyway, sorry I can’t like your blogs but just know that I will still support other blogs somehow- probably by commenting on them considering that’s literally all I can do right now.
If you don’t see any posts from me for a while or in case this is the last time we communicate I just want to wish everyone the best with their blogging and everything in their life. I hope this awful year ends and things start getting better really soon.
Edit: They have blocked me- I got an email. They seem to have mistaken how many followers I have with how many blogs I follow. When I sent them proof of this with screenshots they stopped responding- this was a few hours ago. I am beyond done with this situation.

Ask Me Something #2

What Is This?

In March, I did my first “ASK ME SOMETHING” post and it was so much fun. A lot of my readers told me they had enjoyed it and wanted me to do another one and I honestly had such a great time answering your very interesting questions so I wanted to do another one as well. I had been meaning to do another one again for so long but stuff kept coming up and I could not find the right time to schedule another post like that. However, I decided to do one today since I have a bit more free time next week.

So, How Does This Work?

In case you hadn’t participated in the last Ask Me Something post or have forgotten how it works I thought I would leave the instructions here again. So, I got the idea for this from how people have that “ask me anything” box on Instagram and thought it would be a lot of fun to do on WordPress too because I have a larger following here and people are a lot more interested in connecting with one another rather than just playing the following/unfollowing. And on that note follow me on Instagram by clicking here- I promise I won’t follow/unfollow you! 😂

I thought it would be particularly fun as some of us are stuck at home and don’t have a lot going on (I’m some of us…). I thought this would be a fun way to connect, start some fun conversations, get to know one another better and just have a nice little virtual get together in the comments section!
Okay so back to how it works. All you have to do is leave a question/questions in the comments section.

20200528_215737_edited_1

After about a week I will publish a post tagging you along with your question and will give an answer to the question on the post.

Project6_2020_05_28_1_001_1

In case that was confusing to understand because I am the worst at explaining stuff please go see my last Ask Me Something post and Your Questions Answered post to get a better idea of exactly how it will work.

Thank you!

I want to thank everyone in advance for your comment and for being a part of this! Honestly, it’s just so great that we have this awesome platform on which we can connect with each other. I think I may have gone crazy stuck at home if it hadn’t been for this blog. So again, thank you in advance!!
