My Week Thus Far

I wanted to share some stuff about my week thus far because it’s been more busy in a good way than usual. Also, I haven’t had time to respond to comments or visit any of your blogs from my last post. I actually got busy today because I had quite a bit of work and also an appointment with my therapist. I’m in a much better headspace however I still like to go to therapy as regularly as possible. It’s a bit like taking the trash out, getting rid of all the pent up stuff.

I also finished a book I was particularly excited to read and will be sharing my review of it tomorrow. I’m going to finish most of the review today though because I want to make sure it’s well written.

My maternal grandmother has been staying with us for a few days. I’ve mentioned her before on the blog and how chatty she is. She’s actually chatting with us as I write this. It’s been a nice change from the sort of gloomier mood of the last few days.

Oh and my therapist is working on her first music album, how cool is that? She’s so inspiring.

One last thing, the today I was thinking about how much I neglected myself before I went into therapy and learnt how to love myself. And I wanted to remind you guys to take good care of yourself and love yourself. It’s okay to put yourself first sometimes as well.

Note:

Comments are switched off on “My Week Thus Far”.

I recently published my first book and would be honoured if you took a minute to check it out here.
