A Successful Veganuary

A Successful Veganuary

What Is Veganuary?

A Successful Veganuary

Veganuary has inspired and supported millions of people to try vegan since 2014 – with participants from almost every country in the world. We have worked with businesses to drive up vegan options in shops and restaurants, and have made veganism more visible and accessible through our work with national and international media.

Our vision is simple; we want a vegan world. A world without animal farms and slaughterhouses. A world where food production does not decimate forests, pollute rivers and oceans, exacerbate climate change, and drive wild animal populations to extinction.

I know a lot of people decided to do Veganuary this month. And try out going vegan for the month of January. So since January is almost coming to an end here are some amazing vegan foods I had this veganuary (although technically I eat vegan all the time not just in January😂) Hope you enjoy these images and I really hope you consider trying to eat vegan at least more often even if you can’t eat vegan all the time. I know eating vegan full-time isn’t always an option for everyone.

  1. Only problem IS… plant based food is grown in what used to be Tropical Rainforests, Eco systems home to billions of living creatures…… a fact worth remembering when you buy avocados on toast lol.

    1. Lol well I’m allergic to avocado so that’s never and meat isn’t sustainable either so personally I’m vegan for the animals.

  2. Ooh these look yummy! Some people are under the impression that veganism is healthier than any other diets, but sometimes you can do it in the wrong way. I would love to see some more vegan posts from you! How long have you been vegan? x

    1. There are soooo many ways you can be vegan/plant based and still be unhealthy! I’ve been vegan for two years now and I’m definitely going to be posting more vegan stuff! Thanks for stopping by!

        1. That’s true I always look for new vegan content and haven’t seen much around these days. I’m working on some recipes and stuff so keep a look out for those!

  3. Looking really tasty. I gave up eating meat for a while now and working on going all the way to becoming fruitarian. I there’s a very simple recipe to make vegan pineapple cookies if i remember i even made a post about it a long time ago. Love you posts and am happy more and more people are switching to better and healthier diets.

  4. OMG these meals look so colorful and delicious!! I’ve been vegan for about 4 years now and this is even giving me new meal ideas. Veganism is welcome to all and is a day by day process

    1. Thank you and I’m so glad it gave you some new ideas to try out! I love how veganism helps you try out new things you otherwise would never have tried.
