Always taunting me from a distance.
About This Six Word Story:
As I mentioned in previous posts, it’s mental health awareness week during mental health awareness month. And therefore, I thought that I would share posts about mental health for the rest of the week. Since I generally share six word stories once a week or so, this week I decided to share one that would be in theme with the rest of the mental health related posts.
Many of my readers already know this, but I suffer from both anxiety and depression. And this six word story is based on my experiences with both. Especially my anxiety. Oftentimes, it feels as though the symptoms never truly go away and are just waiting to strike. You basically just have to live your best life despite the symptoms.
Have you ever experienced mental health issues? Do you have anxiety or depression? If so, what are some ways through which you decrease or contain the symptoms? Let me know in the comments section located below because I would love to hear from you. And don’t forget to leave your own six word story about mental health. Or simply. stop by and say hi in the comments section!
